- warmed swimming pool (in december), making it great especially for kids, whereas most of other hotel ones were colder. - great choice for breakfast - great staff. all not speqking english, but sevwrql still even Andre, one of staffx helped to prepare tue room with 200 roses as a surprise for my wife. perfect preparation i must say !! andre also spoke french making it even more comveniemt to prepared the surprise. - snacks at swimming pool were alao quite nice - shangri la alao organized a family picture session, making the experience even more enjoyable for my wife, to keep a great souvenir

Nice rooms with large balconies. Great breakfast. Beautiful gardens (a few benches on the mainnlawn would help), great facilities for kids. All super spacious and beautiful.

- pool temperature was perfect - breakfast as well - great choice of games and spaces for kids. - room quality was great (sea view) - pellows are very comfortable

The second time stayed here. Just a good hotel. Nearby is one famous waterpark - it is the main reason people stay here. Nice breakfast.

We loved our stay. The room (Horizon Suite) was gorgeous, the customer service brilliant. Nina was exceptional from our check in until check out. The pools were lovely, perfect temperature for the time of year. Breakfast was excellent (except the bacon). Great facilities for young kids such as toiletries, kids plates, high chairs and bibs, even mini robes!

The rooms and facilities are exceptional, but it's really the warm friendly service from all staff that makes Shangri-La Sanya so enjoyable.
